* HIIT (30 min High Intensity Interval Training classes – all fitness levels welcome)

* Pilates/Yoga Fusion – This Pilates-centric class incorporates some elements of Yoga whilst exploring the synergy between the two.  Both disciplines emphasize core stability, mindful movement, attention to breath and an integration of healthy movement into everyday life.  Expect a class full of all your favourite Pilates exercises with a dash of Yoga thrown in. No need to be flexible, just show up, start where you are and allow your body to surprise you!

* Vinyasa Flow – Awaken flow & breath; activate & find ease in steady alignment. All levels of experience welcome for this strong and accessible, all round practice. Feel renewed & well-balanced for your day ahead.

* Barre 45 – Barre is a fusion of Pilates, total body conditioning and ballet-inspired toning movements, done mostly at the ballet bar. We work with the principles of dance; elongation of muscles, core activation and postural alignment to work deeper to improve balance, endurance and muscle tone.

This excellent full body 45 minute workout is intense but suitable for all levels and doesn’t require any dance experience or particular co-ordination, just a willingness to move and have fun!

* Pilates Beginner Friendly – learn the sound principles of good movement as the foundation towards improved strength, balance, co-ordination & flexibility. Great for beginners & the rehab ready injured, but also challenging for even the “advanced” mover.

*Vinyasa Strong – A mixed ability Vinyasa Flow class with the emphasis on alignment, posture, safety, breath work and FUN!
