INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED CLASS
Classes marked Int/Adv are for uninjured bodies who are familiar with Pilates and who have learnt the sound principles of good movement. And then we MOVE! š¤øš»āāļø
FASCIAL FITNESS CLASS

HIIT
Ā High Intensity Interval Training classes are 30 min workouts focusing on cardio and strength. Body resistance exercises are used to push you beyond your perceived limits and give you a SUPER effective FAT-BURNING workout in a short space of time. This class is only suitable for those with some basic fitness and no injuries.
PILATES BEGINNER-FRIENDLY
This class caters for Beginners and the ārehab ready injuredā in terms of attention and correction although it is a mixed ability class. The pace, flow and complexity may be a bit easier than other classes but the sessions are still challenging for the āadvancedā mover.
BONE BUILDER
A combo of low impact, weight bearing and resistance exercises are used to build a strong skeleton. Bone Builder will improve your bone density and balance, preventing risk of fall, it will help strengthen hips, shoulders and spine and create a more resilient body!
PILATES 60+ & BEGINNER CLASS
This class is perfect if youāre 60+, a beginner or needing some injury rehab. In this class you will learn the sound principles of good movement as the foundation towards improved strength, balance, coordination & flexibility.
HIIT BEGINNER-FRIENDLY
This class caters for the unfit and HIIT novice. Each exercise is broken down into levels to make it accessible for all bodies and fitness levels. No injured bodies though!
UNFOLD 'n FLOW
The emphasis is on breath, Intentional postures and smooth transitions linking each action to the next to create an unfolding chain of flow and fun. Movement imitating life and life imitating movement. (think Vinyasa Yoga without spiritual connotations). This is a mixed ability class but not for injured or complete beginner bods.Ā
