* Pilates Stretch – A great post-HIIT cool down and also fantastic for tight bodies craving some lengthening and letting go.
* HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training classes are 30 min workouts focusing on cardio and strength. Body resistance exercises are used to push you beyond your perceived limits and give you a SUPER effective FAT-BURNING workout in a short space of time.
* 45 min Yoga Release – A great post-HIIT cool down and stretch as well as an amazing all round release and letting go for body and soul.
* Vinyasa Strong – A mixed ability Vinyasa Flow class with the emphasis on alignment, posture, safety, breath work and FUN!
* Pilates – Mixed ability Pilates based movement class using small props and creative thinking 😉
* Pilates Beginner Friendly – learn the sound principles of good movement as the foundation towards improved strength, balance, co-ordination & flexibility. Great for beginners & the rehab ready injured, but also challenging for even the “advanced” mover.
